Dr Hoffman's research is grounded in the realities of general practice and the systems that shape it.

She is interested in work that is academically rigorous, clinically relevant, and capable of informing meaningful change. Her research reflects a broader commitment to understanding the experience of clinicians, improving training and workforce sustainability, and strengthening the role of general practice within the health system.
